Woodruff Hotel

Built in 1871, the Woodruff Hotel was originally called the Temple House because of the unique round-topped gothic windows which matched those on the clock tower of the original Nauvoo Temple. Visitors to the hotel can enjoy the 140 year history of the building, Zion’s Mercantile, the Temple House Gallery, Pioneer village, and beautiful views of the temple and Mississippi River. Woodruff Hotel offers 21 guest rooms and suites that can fit a couple to an entire family.
