This is the first installment along the Route 3 Sculpture Park. Artist Noah Kirby crafted this sculpture with three distinct upward pieces to represent the three local communities, with the red symbolizing river buoys and interlocking pieces representing nearby Lock and Dam 27. The sculpture can be seen along the MCT Confluence Bike Trail.
