The Southern Illinois Beer Trail covers more than 15 breweries from Alton to the Southern tip of Illinois. The trail is divided into three separate loops, red, blue, and green, each of which could be done in a day. The brews along the route cover run the gamut from organic brews to hard apple ciders and everything in between.
