Old Herald Brewery & Distillery

The Old Herald Brewery & Distillery is a full service restaurant, craft brewery, and small batch distillery. Located in the former home of the Collinsville Herald newspaper, the brewery pays homage to its roots with brews like Late Edition, an IPA with notes of orange and grapefruit, and Printer’s Ink, a dark ale with notes of chocolate and coffee. Gin, rum, and vodka are crafted under the Ardent Spirits label and include innovative vapor infusions and finishing techniques to create subtle flavor profiles. The restaurant serves up appetizers, wings, sandwiches, salads and more. Locals enjoy the paper route pretzel with beer cheese and the daily specials.
