124 East 1st Street, Cahokia IL 62206 | 618.332.1782
Great Rivers and Routes Tourism Bureau

Completed in 1810 for native Frenchman Nicholas Jarrot, the mansion remains one of the oldest masonry structures in Illinois. It was built in the American Federal style rather than the French Colonial style common at the time. Due to ongoing restoration, the home is open for special events only.
