Bobby's Frozen Custard is unique both because of their special recipe and their "old-timers" method of freezing. Custard is fed into a freezing barrel, forced down the slide into a dipping container, and served fresh from the machine. All of this results in a soft serve consistency that contains less air than typical frozen treats.
